⚖️ Tire Size Comparator

Compare two tire sizes side by side. See the exact difference in diameter, width, sidewall, and revolutions per mile.

🟠 Tire B (New / Compare)

🔧 How It Works

This tool calculates the exact dimensional differences between two tire sizes using the same formula as the single calculator. It then derives the speedometer error by comparing the revolutions per mile — if Tire B is larger, it rotates fewer times per mile, so your speedometer reads slower than actual speed.

How to use: Enter the specs for your current tire (Tire A) and the tire you are considering (Tire B). Click Compare to see diameter, circumference, width, and sidewall differences. Pay attention to the speedometer error and AWD warnings.

Tip: On AWD vehicles, keep diameter difference under 0.25" to avoid damaging the center differential. On FWD/RWD, up to 3% is usually acceptable.
